We hold the information on your customers. You control spreads, commissions, margin, finance and interest rates.

Fully Managed

The customer rents the equipment from Ariel and also pays monthly charges for connectivity bandwidth. The Two Year minimum term agreement covers:


  • Rack space

  • Security

  • Tape management

  • Load balancing

  • Monitoring services

  • DNS hosting

  • Email domain hosting

  • OS and SQL server support

  • Hardware failures/repairs

  • Antivirus and Patch management

Co-Location

The customer buys the equipment outright and for a one year minimum term agrees to pay monthly charges for:


  • Connectivity bandwidth

  • Rackspace

  • Tape management

  • Load balancing

  • Monitoring services

  • DNS hosting

  • Email domain hosting

OS and SQL server support, hardware failures/repairs and antivirus and patch management are provided on a time and material basis.

Security

Security – yours and ours – is obviously paramount. Ariel has in place award-winning firewall solutions providing an excellent first line of defence against internet security threats.

Our on-site network has multiple DMZs (demilitarised zones) designed to offer maximum protection for your systems, and we can also provide dedicated VLANs (Virtual Local Area Networks) for systems that require enhanced security environments.
